Hi, I’m Jessica Mifflin, and I’m excited to begin my journey as a new Realtor with Coldwell Banker Premier
here in Delaware. Born and raised in Milton, I graduated from Cape Henlopen High School in 2003. I’m a proud mother of three, and my family is the heart of everything I do. My oldest son, now 22, is proudly serving in the United States Air Force; my
17-year-old son is in high school; and my youngest, a lively 9-year-old daughter, keeps me grounded and
inspired each and every day. The values I’ve developed through motherhood—patience, commitment, and compassion—are the same
values I bring to my work in real estate. I’m committed to ensuring that every client I serve receives the
attention, care, and support they deserve. I started my real estate journey with a clear goal in mind: to become a licensed realtor. Before finishing my real estate program, I took on an administrative position with Coldwell Banker Premier in the Milford office,
where I continue to serve. In addition to my administrative role, I’m also part of the company’s recruiting
team. Being involved in the industry from so many different angles has allowed me to build meaningful
relationships, gain invaluable insider knowledge, and strengthen my foundation for a successful career.
Now, as a licensed realtor, I’m bringing that behind-the-scenes experience to help my clients succeed. I’m
known for my strong community ties, positive energy, and love for networking. I truly enjoy connecting with
others and helping them achieve their real estate goals—whether that’s buying your first home, making a
strategic move, or navigating the local market. Faith is the cornerstone of both my life and business. One of my favorite scriptures, Matthew 19:26—"With man this is impossible, but with God all things are possible”—reminds me every day that with hard work,
determination, and faith, anything is achievable.
